Mobile therapy appointments are a popular way to benefit from a therapeutic session in the comfort of your home.

You won’t need to worry about arriving at the clinic on time or navigating through traffic, which saves you both travel time and expenses. This convenience allows you to begin your treatment feeling calmer and more at ease. After your appointment, you can fully relax and enjoy the benefits without thinking about your journey home.

  • A mobile therapy appointment takes 10 -15 minutes to set up, full treatment time of your choice, and a couple of minutes to pack up at the end.

All equipment will be supplied; you just need enough space to set up the therapy bed, with the living room or a spare room being the best option.

Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a digital consultation form. Payment can be made on the day by Revolut, cash, or card, and receipts will be sent by email after the appointment. If there is no on-site parking available, the parking fee will be included in the cost of the treatment.

Each appointment time and date is scheduled with careful consideration to your location and preferred date. Please contact us directly to arrange your appointment.

Book in advance and give 24hr notice for cancellations.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage works your muscles and fascia to release chronic tension, realign the tissues and aid recovery from ailments and injuries through a combination of slow deep strokes, trigger point work, myofascial release and passive stretching.

These techniques will work to un-glue and free up restrictions, break down adhesions and scar tissue, release shortened muscles and free up the fascia. A deep tissue massage will help to reduce aches and pains and restore normal, pain-free movement while alleviating stress and tension.

For deep tissue massage, 1hr covers your main areas of concern and 1.5hr and 2hrs can be full body.

Treatment times: 1 hour | 1.5hr | 2hr

Holistic Massage

A therapeutic holistic massage will work to release tension and tightness from your muscles, relieve tired joints and enhance the circulation to bring fresh oxygen and nutrients to your tissues.

This body therapy helps to stimulate your lymphatic system to boost immunity while reducing stress by increasing the level of feel-good endorphins such as serotonin and dopamine. A holistic massage is a soothing treatment which helps to lower the level of tension in your body and mind to promote well-being and general health.

Treatment times: 1 hour | 1.5hr | 2hr

Reflexology is based on the principle that all organs, glands, muscles and systems of the body are represented by points/reflexes on your feet.

Reflexology Session

The use of specific techniques to these reflex points can bring the related areas back into balance and help the systems of your body to function optimally. Reflexology can tackle the underlaying cause of strain or stress thus helping to maintain good health and wellbeing in the long term. Longer sessions include deep releases for the muscles and fascia of the feet and toes, helping to free up the joints and allow a free flow of circulation to enhance the benefits of reflex point work. It is a nourishing treatment which leaves the receiver calmer and walking on air.

Treatment times: 1 hour €85 | 1.5hr €115 |
