Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga links movement with the breath and a relaxed focused attention to create a moving meditation where you are connected to your body and present in the moment. Classes have an emphasis on fluid, seamless sequencing and safe alignment for healthy movement that's adaptable to suit your body. Explore different poses in each class moving between standing and balancing poses, core work, back bends, forward bends and deep releases. Classes are interwoven with Pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and finish with yoga nidra. Creates strength, balance, openness and ease in the body and clarity, calm and steadiness of the mind.

Suitable to all levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a deeply restoring style of yoga with more time soaking up the goodness of each pose. Yin releases tension and tightness while bringing greater hydration and nourishment to the deeper, denser layers of body tissues; the connective tissue; tendons & ligaments (joints) and fascia. This interconnected web-like support system of our body creates our shape and stores our movement patterns. The positive stimulation during yin strengthens the joints, creates greater ease of movement, release stored tension and creates a healthy flow of vital energy.

Great for boosting overall health, stimulate immunity, stress reduction, emotional balance and relief from chronic tension and tightness. All levels welcome.
