On-Site Massage

On-Site chair massage is a simple and highly effective way to help employees reduce stress and tension while leaving them feeling refreshed and renewed. The massage is preformed on a specially designed chair, over the clothes, without the use of oils. The massage helps to ease the areas of the body that are most effected by stress; the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands while also being tailored to each persons individual needs. The combination of acupressure points, muscle releases and assisted stretching leaves each person feeling renewed, refreshed and ready to return to work invigorated. To prolong the benefits of the massage, each person will also receive instruction on suitable stretches or exercises.

Option for 15 or 20 minutes per person.

Yoga

Yoga's popularity had grown massively over the last few years and that is due, in most part, to the varied and long lasting benefits to the body and mind. It has become an integral part of daily life for countless people in aiding with stress management, reducing muscular and mental tension and to bring a greater sense of calm and peace. 

These yoga classes are designed so that the benefits of yoga can be felt by everyone, with extra time spent loosening up the areas most effected by desk work. It is both a fun and effective class with a focus on correct positioning for the body to prevent injury. The classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginner to the more advanced student. I supply a limited number of yoga mats and props. Classes can be done during the lunch break or in the morning or evening with options for a 45 minutes or 1 hour class.

Sound Meditation

Sound meditation is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating with no experience or effect needed. helps to reset the nervous system, moving away from fight or flight responses whilst promoting alpha (deep relaxation), theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur) brain waves.

Resting in the acoustic tones of these specifically instruments is a deeply restorative experience which creates a sense of refreshment, clarity and calmness.
